This NEUROSIS video is pretty damned rad. I don’t know where the show happened, other than it being in Italy, and I have the date. This came from a VHS tape I bought off of ebay almost a decade ago, and it came with no additional information. This video is dark, but it was shot right up front, and so you’re right up there with all the action. This video is also incomplete, at the end of the video someone is seen holding a setlist that looks a lot longer than what we have in this video. However, even with the cuts, this video is nearly an hour long, and the songs captured are great. This is Souls A Zero era Neurosis, so all the songs are from that album, with the exception of their Dead Kennedys cover song “Saturday Night Holocaust” This cover is amazing, and it’s cool that they used to play it live. Takeahnase closes the set, with the band breaking it down into a wall of distortion and percussion at the end. Pretty incredible. Well, this is one you should already be playing, with the volume all the way up. Stop reading and enjoy the video!!!
