Every single weekend Oakland is home to about a million bands from Portland. Most of ‘em are actually pretty killer too. This band, ARCTIC FLOWERS, is one of the few I’ve seen recently that I really like. They played Hazmat recently, so I went down and did a little recording of their set. Check it out below, in mp3 and in AIFF formats. Be sure to pick up their 7″ if you don’t have it yet. Next month they also have a 12″ coming out titled Rising, you can check out a song from it here.
